144 Scale stuff...work in progress

Loads of pics here so the page will load very slowly!

This is a fun little project. I saw some wonderful 144 scale bonsai and decided to have a go myself. I got a little carried away so I made a shop for them. I think this needs a few more accessories and a bit of finishing off.

This is my flower shop. It started as a kit shop and I decided to light it and then fill it up with flowers.

The interior of the flower shop complete with shop keeper.

There are lots of different types of plants, some flower arranging books, a roll of paper and buckets full of cut flowers for making bouquets. There is a completed bouquet on the counter by a pair of shears and a watering can at the back wall.

I enjoyed the making the flower shop so much that I decided to make a junk shop too. This again has lights inside but unlike the florist shop which is run of batteries hidden in the roof this shop uses 12V lights and has a wire coming out of the back so it can be connected to any 12V adaptor thingy and plugged into your dollhouse power supply.

Here are several shots of the interior, it looks a little confusing but there is a lot in that tiny shop!

This is a Nuremberg kitchen kit which come from http://francesarmstrong.homestead.com. You must go there and have a look at her stuff. It is wonderful. I've just started this kit so I've got a load of things left to make yet.

This is the beginnings of a model of my front room. The main feature I wanted to get in was the huge bay window. It's not quite right yet though so I may start that one again.

This is the fabulous teahouse kit from www.anitamoriginals.com. It really is lovely.

I added some extra bits and bobs like a gold Buddha and a big bamboo plant. You can't really see it but there is also a teapot and cup on the second table.

Paper wood and punches, these will become table tops someday!
